We implement a program of Circuit training for company groups large and small for one of the most effective forms of quick and efficient fitness that holds many benefits that other workouts do not, most notably your cardiovascular health. In terms of body image, it’s is excellent for body fat loss and toning – for both men and women. Our custom programs are a form of condition exercise that combines cardiovascular machines with resistance exercises. In most cases it is a high intensity session that aims at minimal rest for the duration of your complete circuit, one exercise is followed by another. Programs can be modified to be effective for beginners as well as advanced individuals – so everyone is challenged and keeps their success rates at a maximum. Remember, circuit training is aimed at strength and muscular endurance, not for building lean muscle mass.
